Drip tray is not recognized

Yesterday I emptied the drip tray and when putting it back I get the message " insert the drip tray" I have already pulled out the adjuster and cleaned the unit. But really nothing solves this problem. Someone has an idea what I can do.

Hello, which Prima Donna is it. The old one had a little flag that operated a microswitch.
