Good morning everyone;

I bought a Gran Gaggia Prestige; I don't grind myself, but use vacuum-packed espresso, currently Lavazza crema e gusto.
I can't complain about the taste, but I miss the beloved creamy foam . I'm grateful for tips, except for buying another machine, there are other things going on financially.
