No water when you drink coffee

Prehistory: got 3 months ago, coffee was badly ground, grinding ring renewed, everything OK again.
Now no water comes out of the spout, the ground coffee falls dry into the coffee grounds container.
Decalcification didn't bring any success.
Only water and espresso is OK.
If I see it right, he pulls water at coffee, pump works at the back but the water doesn't come out of the two outlets at the front but in the drip tray.

Hello, we have the same problem... (no water comes out of the spout...) did you find any solution?
