saeco s-class incanto rondò not working

Rev noise but no grinding or coffee

Looking for some repair help. Our s-class incanto rondò is turning on and looks all fine until you all out to be a cup of coffee. When you do this the machine makes a rev type noise for only 2 seconds and then stupid and the red light begins flashing.
