ESAM 6900 water only runs onto the water outlet

Hello everyone,

I did something stupid this morning. I took out the water tank while my machine was brewing coffee (don't ask why, I was tired ). I then got the error message "Fill water circuit", which I did through the water outlet. But now I have the problem that water only comes through the hot water outlet and no longer through the coffee outlet. The coffee is ground, but then falls back into the container as dry powder. I have since simply descaled the machine, cleaned the brew group and also tried to make steam (which also only resulted in hot water). Has anyone ever had a similar problem or can help me? I'm getting a bit desperate
