Grinder keep running Siemens EQ6

My Siemens EQ6 Plus 500`s grinder keeps running as soon as the machine is switched on. I cleaned the Grinder and did a reset nothing helps. Saw another thread on a EQ6 300 that had the same and they changed the TRIAC 11n65. Could this be the same? Will the TRIAc be the same ?
