Hello together,

the pump of my machine läfut continuously already with switching on the main switch. If I switch it on at the front, the normal procedure starts (..Device heats up... Please select... ...) inconspicuously.
I have already read somewhere else that this malfunction is mostly due to a defect in the power print. Optocoupler or triac. Fortunately for me, all I need now is someone who can provide me with a little specialist knowledge. A circuit diagram would be great! how can I check opto-couplers and triacs? There are other ways to find the error?

Many thanks already!

Frank

Hello Frank,

it are almost always the optocouplers, we still had to exchange triacs rarely.

For an experienced electronics technician it is, but with the low component price the effort is hardly worthwhile...

OK, is it then recommended to replace all couplers? How vulnerable are these things? And is the same for the triacs? Can you still tell me where I can buy the components?

Many thanks!

The parts are not that vulnerable. Available e.g. from Boris, see here

Hello and many thanks for the help,

Opto-Coupler and Triac I ordered.
On my board the couplers are labeled U1-4 and the triacs TR1-4. Can you still tell me which components belong to which function? I couldn't find a plan for my performance print sad.gif

THANX Frank

Unfortunately I didn't find one for the S9 AV either. But you can just reverse the pump's signal path. I'd just switch couplers first, though.

Hello,

luckily, we had tasty coffee again...
It was indeed the opto-coupler of the pump.

For info: On this board U1 and Tr1 supply the pump, U2 and TR2 belong to the grinder.

Many thanks again for the help and tips!!!&#br>
