Hello I came across this site because I panicked looking for a solution now my problem is I have today taught the coffee bowl and I have the bowl then pushed the wrong way around now I can not get them out because some kind of tongue blocks the bowl I'm about to despair I know next to nothing about the coffee machine I think it's a Jura 9 model I only know that my father will kill me when he comes home.
