ESAM6600 General Alarm on Preheat

Hi Guys

I replaced the transmission a few days ago and all has been fine fine. This morning on powerup, screen goes to heating and then looks to wait possibly 5 mins before timing out with a general alarm. I'm guessing that a thermostat hasn't reached a required temperature so its timeout out. I cant remember the power up sequence if it pumps first or straight to preheat? Does anyone know, and also anyone had this issue before I test the generator, and or any sensors on it.
