Hello,
first the machine canceled the process and reports ".... Remove from mains or call up app". Done, then came "automatic maintenance" after completed comes again the message " ... from the network...."

If this coffee machine is still under warranty or subject to the right of exchange...
Exchange and claim your money back or warranty...
