Krups EA 826 loses water in front

Hello everyone,

maybe someone can help me. Our Krups EA 826 loses water, which comes in front of hay. More detailed description:

I already replaced the sealing rings of the piston 1-2 months ago (where the coffee powder is pressed).

When I get a coffee etc... the machine runs normally through the program, then sometime the coffee runs out of openings. After the machine has finished filling the coffee mug, a few drops come out in the middle of the front (underneath the removable water collector - where the cup is placed) while the coffee pad is being ejected. Looks like the opening down there is meant for that. I once shot a picture of it and circled it red - sorry for the bad image quality.
Had someone an idea what might be defective there ? The water drops are rather transparent and only a hint brownish when dried.
Sorry for missing technical terms, I hope I don't have to learn them.
