Brewing group is stuck

Hello, my DeLonghi Magnifica is maybe four weeks. During the last cleaning of the brew group I put it back in right, but now it doesn't move from the spot, as if it is stuck, At both red clips have come resistance. Maybe I didn't insert it properly and now it's stuck? I don't know what to do.
