Melitta Batista TS brewgroup stuck insert tray

Insert tray but brewgroup in wrong place

My machine keeps telling me to insert tray. I can see though that brew unit not in correct poison. I have tried replacing switch, same issue. You don’t get time when it switches on to press any other buttons as it goes straight to insert tray.
How do I reset the brewgroup please?
