Melitta CI Touch loud humming when drawing water

Hello all

For some time now, my coffee machine has been humming very loudly as soon as water is drawn.
What I have noticed is that the humming stops as soon as I remove the water filter cartridge. To clarify: I use the original filter cartridges from Melitta smile.gif

Furthermore, I noticed that when I start the machine, it can happen that the coffee machine reports that there is no water in the system

.



So, these are my observations and I hope that someone already had to make this experience "unfortunately".
