Hello, I have the Nivona 571 and my problem is I have no hot water, after turning the machine on it wants me to turn the left button for stream, It don’t even wants to clean itself, when I turn the knob, only cold water comes out from the steam pipe and when it stops it want me to repeat that again and again, but it doesn’t help, manual say it can be problem with filter, but I don’t have filter, or it can be no water in pipes... this could be the problem, but without hot water it won’t open the valves so the water cannot fill all the pipes... the boiler is good, and I measured 205V at the input what else it can be?

My friend gave it to me because he cant fix it and bought a new one, the machine didn’t made coffee, i cleaned it and everything seemed okay but it doesn’t clean itself after turning on so I fixed it too everything was fine I made 1 coffee and shut it down, next day was this problem, I can’t do anything, I can’t go to menu nothing, just turning that knob forever, I can’t even run the cleaning process, I tried 2 boilers, there is current going into it but it does not heat, but maybe it don’t have to heat at this point I don’t know, I’m just stuck at the right knob turning on and of, it already pumped at least 3 liters of water and nothing, I tried to fool the machine by adding hot water but didn’t helped

Hello
,There seems to be something wrong with the electronics.
205 volt is too little, the heater needs 230 / 240 volt to work properly.

Then probably the “motherboard” gone :/ or maybe those “heat resistors” on cables going into boiler?
