Grinding mechanism grinds too coarse

Hello,
I already have the second Gaggia Titanium in exchange and have to find out that the coffee is ground too coarsely. Grinding cannot be described as a coarse beating of the beans, although the grinding degree is very finely adjusted. Anybody got a hint?

Since the machine seems to be new, I can only advise you to bring it to the seller and have the next model demonstrated before taking it with you.

To adjust the grinder, you would have to screw around.
