Descaling TCA 6401

Decalcification does not start as usual

When the descaling button is pressed, the program does not start as usual. The setting in the programming is as recommended. The switch seems to be acoustically okay. Who can help?Bosch TCA 6401 benvenuto B 40

when the decalcification button lights up, press and hold it for more than 3 seconds to start.
