It is said that after 6000 cups or 5 years the brewhouse should be checked free of charge just rip it off and fraud!!!
After you have sent in your machine you will get an estimate about a pseudo repair you will not accept it you will be charged automatically 75€ and you have not ordered a KV !!!!!
So you will order the repair then the next hammer only if you transfer the money your machine will be repaired this can take then times loosely 6 weeks until you get your machine back!!!!

So buy another machine rather than support such a rip-off company!!!!!!!!

They finally kept their promise.

Whoever chooses the machine based on a promise whose fulfillment causes more shipping than labor costs is already a little self-inflicted.

Absolute rip-off

I have bought such a device and only problems. The thing always throws strange error messages and has practically never worked. To pay for the repair is out of the question for me. Even repairing was made extremely difficult. The brewing group does not function properly and is immediately dirty. The grounds container always runs half full of water, etc. etc.. I'll throw it away and buy something decent next time.
