Error with coffee residue container!

Hello community,

now owner of a Solac CA4815. The machine looks good, but it had a small problem when it was first put into operation. After rinsing the symbol of the full coffee container will appear but it is empty.
Anyone have an idea???

Hello Alfa159,

it could be that the magnet on your coffee container is missing i.e. behind the display is a smooth surface in the machine and the counterpart is a magnet on the container which may have maximum 1-2mm distance to the sensor.
