When I ask for coffee, everything works normally at the start - rinsing, grinding - but it's when the water comes in that the machine makes an abnormal noise and it's very difficult to get the coffee to flow.
I've already poured 3 cups of hot water, but there's nothing wrong with the water, and no problem with the hot water.
I don't know what else I can do.

Hello, to more detailed description of the error would be good for a fault isolation.
What has already been done? Do not just let water run out.
