Nivona 830 whistles after switching off

Hello,

Have my nivona 830 since September 2014. From the beginning, the machine whistles after it is turned off. A query with the dealer
got that I should decalcify the machine.
Least, that wasn't the solution that stayed whistling. Does anyone know advice?

Apropo, with which is decalcified then? Please use decalcifier on amidosulfonic acid.
Durgol,Eilfix or similar products.

Wanted to give feedback on my problem again. My nivona was two weeks to repair. I got it back today. There was something blocked in the brewing unit. This has been replaced on warranty.
From nivona I got a packet of coffee, a claris filter and a new hose. Great service.
