Our coffee machine from Café Bonitas was
2 1/2 months to repair. After several e-mails that were not replied to, we have now written an e-mail that we receive the machine back unprocessed. Please do not send your machine there. You really can't reach anyone and the machine won't be repaired either. Please save the shipping there. You won't get it refunded. I.e. we were now nearly three months without coffee machine have paid 15 € shipping and get a broken machine back unprocessed. I'm totally annoyed to have bought anything from this company. Hands off!!!

That's rude.
Well, then better buy others. What was the reason for sending it in? What's wrong with the machine?

The repair of such a cheap device is only worthwhile during the warranty period... I'm afraid I have to put it this way...
