Fully automatic coffee maker defective

I've had a Bonitas coffee machine for 3/4 years, now it's defective. Is still warranty on it. Attempts for a week to reach Bonitas, Tel. does not go at all and they whitewashed me to the website. Even after the third e-mail I have not received an answer yet. There doesn't seem to be any service and help there. Think about
handing
it
over
