No function for the milk nozzle

That sounds scary here, because I bought the warranty package in December 2018 for my "Café Bonitas Easy Touch" and now NO SERVICE !!! The homepage is still there, but everything is not available Does anyone know a sad.gif
company that does the warranty repairs of "www.kaffeevollautomat-24.de" or can repair these coffee machines?

After all what I read about the Bonita in the last weeks I am glad that I only know it here in the forum.
Maybe ask the consumer advice centre if there is something known
?
