5000 counters at Orchestro Plus

Good morning,

my Orchestro Plus has since a few days the problem that she wants to have her 5000 service. But this has already been done and now the LED'S (lower row the red ones) flash happily before it switches to green.

The reset via the big cup button does not work with the model (apparently), is there another way to do that?

the instructions for the FNF5 do not provide any information about the possibility of restitution.
This question was not asked for the first time on the net and has remained unanswered to this day
always unanswered.
Apparently, only the Krups service can put it back.
