Orchestro Plus no coffee

Hello guys, who can help me???? Got a Krups Orchestro Plus. Unfortunately, I can't brew any more coffee since today. The grinder works, the pump starts pumping briefly (but quietly), then switches it off again and the ground coffee falls completely dry into the container. Thought first the machine would have to be cleaned properly, which I then also did. But it didn't help. What now?????
The same is left over also with the rinsing program. By the way, the machine has more than 5000 references, the lower row of the display flashes 4-6 times after switching on. That's what's bugging me, by the way. Is it possible to turn it off???

Thank you for your help!!!

Hello Koepi,

if the pump is quiet then there is a blockage behind it. Possibly outlet valve or simply the brewing sieve.

In a BDA I read that the machine calls for service after 5000 references and then the 4 lower displays flash. I thought that was fixed by now...

Nope, still makes Krups at the Eugster line. But it's only an advertisement, not a compulsory service. I just don't know how to turn off the display on the plus.

Thank you for the replies.

Also, the sieve is also cleaned. Didn't find any blockages. The pump works via the hot water cover. Only not when brewing coffee or cleaning in the morning. Is there a problem with the electronics??????

Is the electronics defective????

Definitely not. Blockage! Clean the inside of the outlet valve.

Where's that outlet valve or what does it look like??? Actually cleaned everything last night. The machine also grinds the coffee, which after powder drying lies in the collection container. So the water doesn't even get to the brewing unit, does it?

Correct! The outlet valve (white plastic part with black cap) is located in the hose leading to the brewing unit. Remove the cap (be careful, spring!) and clean the inside. Pay attention to the installation direction of the spring, narrow side inwards.

rolleyes.gif She's walking again!!!

The exhaust valve didn't do it. But with the tip I had to open the machine again and saw a totally calcified hose. Wa probably last night already too late cool.gif . I cleaned it now and see there, I can drink coffee again.
Gonna replace the gaskets now. Where's the best place to get a gasket kit for my machine??
