Orchestro plus all red lamps light up

Hello, I have the following problem with my Krups Orchestro Plus.
When it makes coffee, it is very thin and after the coffee has run through, all 5 red lamps on the display turn on. Sometimes the red lamps are also on immediately after the machine has been switched on and the brewing unit has started itself. If this is the case, nothing works anymore. Who can help me ?
Is the error possibly fixed when I install a new brewing group?
