Machine does not start up

Hello, I have a Jura e6. After switching it on, JURA appears on the display, but it does not continue (the machine does not start up) after approx. 20 seconds it switches off again with a click. The circuit board has been checked and would be OK.
can anyone give me a tip as to what this could be
