Error message "Close door

The error message "Close door" appears, although nothing was opened.
I have now cleaned everything. Nothing is clogged, dirty, or a pin broken off.
The contacts are working (checked by pin).
Error message cannot be reset.

Would be good to know what kind of machine it is.
Were the switches also tested with a continuity tester?
