Nivona CR 855 Coffee comes drop by drop

After our coffee machine spit out only droplets and then no more water at all, we renewed the brewing group and the drainage valve. The coffee spout was also cleaned. Meanwhile the coffee comes back, but only drop by drop. And it looks like there's no pressure behind. Most of it goes into the drip tray.

Can anyone help us? What could be the mistake? What else could we repair?
