Hello, our EQ9 produces good cafe crema, however milk foam drinks all taste slightly soapy.
We have already cleaned and descaled several times, but there is no improvement.
We have used the original cleaning and descaling tablets, a special milk foam cleaner and clear water.
What else could we try?
