Temperature of the coffee too low

My Saeco Royal Digital is running fine so far. Recently, however, the coffee is too cold when it comes out. Approximately 10 to 15 degrees I would estimate. Does anyone have a (repair) tip, what this could be and how to fix it?

Hello, I think that the thermal sensor is defective. This sits directly on the boiler.
