Jura Impressa Xf 70 does not want more

Hello,
I have the following problem with my Jura. I was on vacation for 3 weeks and I cleaned the machine and emptied the water tank before the vacation. Machine was always cleaned etc, filter change always done regularly. Yesterday I wanted to make myself a cup of coffee, but nothing works. There's always the message: Fill with water.
No matter which menu item I select, it always appears "Fill water". Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Without coffee I don't feel well:-)

Probably only the float is stuck in its holder in the tank.

I'd guess the swimmer's hanging in the tank. A light slap is usually enough.
