Nivona CR 778 brewing group cannot be removed

Hello, everybody.

Recently the brew group of my Nivona 778 can no longer be removed. In the past it worked perfectly. Otherwise no problems with the machine.
To remove it I switch it
off with the button.

The drive shaft with the

at 12 o'clock.

Found the solution.
It seems that the serrated seat of the shaft has jammed.
This means that,
contrary to the manufacturer's recommendation, I had to remove the brewing group with gentle force after
checking
the freedom of movement with the flashlight
.

After cleaning the group and the inside of the housing I lubricated the shaft and the red silicone seals with multi silicone grease. Now everything can be removed like on the

first day.
