Bosch TCA 5601 machine is very noisy

Coffee only drips into the cup

Hi all,
my Bosch TCA 5601 does everything normally, however it has recently become very noisy and the brewed coffee drips into the cup. The process takes 3 to 4 times as long as before.
What is the reason for this?
Who has an idea?
It also always comes up afterwards with the sign that the water tank needs to be emptied and cleaned....
Who can help me?

What's so noisy? The pump?
The water tank should probably mean that they should be vented. Either pump defective, pump gets no water or what clogged.
A video would not be bad so you can hear what's going on.
