Saeco Incanto Sup021Y Water level indicator problem

Hello dear forum,

on my Incanto Sup021 the water indicator is permanently on, if I
move
the sensor
over the magnet for a while, the indicator starts flashing.
However, in test mode the reed contact works.

What could be the error?
