You need to check that the grinder is working and providing sufficient coffee powder to the brewing unit. Have you ever opened the KVA and operated in the open state? I could offer you a funnel tailored to the grinder, which you simply put on in the open state. mThen you can fill coffee beans and see what the actual problem is.
