my team and I bought a Franke FM850 coffee machine
We have a problem with its configuration - we are unable to activate and set the option to select the size of coffee in the QuickSelect mode, while in the Cash Register mode, after selecting a medium or large cup, the selection menu becomes empty. Additionally, in the drink options all drinks only come with the name S at the end as if the size M and L were not available / active.
Can you tell us how to deal with this problem? Can we do it ourselves or will a service technician's visit be needed?
