350.55 squeaks/rattles

Hello all,

Since about 1 week my De'Longhi (4 weeks old) squeaks/rattles when switching on, switching off and shortly after the grinding process.

Does anyone have any tips on how to fix it? The lady in the De'Longhi Hotline could not help me - I should send it in, but processing time is at least 20 days, so I would like to try it myself, if there is a simple solution for laymen.

Have as a first measure now decalcifier and the threaded rod on which the brew group drives, greased and the inner cylinder of the brew group. The noise was gone for two days, now it's back. Since my guess was at the rod, again silicone grease on it, but that does not seem to be it. But really the brew group itself ... But it can not be that you have to grease every two days at four cups per day ...
