VeroCafe Latte no coffee

Hello all,

I have a Bosch VeroCafe Latte and this has the following error after descaling.
When the machine is turned on but it does not rinse through the coffee nozzles but the water comes out at the milk nozzle.
The same when you want to have a coffee, machine grinds and the water comes out of the milk nozzle again. Powder remains dry.
Tried to descale again but to no avail.

Who knows this problem and can help?
