Siemens EQ6 aborts grinding process

Hello all
, I have a working eq6 s700 set to factory settings (reset).
Now comes the message every second attempt to make coffee, "Fill bean hopper"
Someone has once written that by the reset, the grinder resistance is recalibrated, no idea how I should fix it now.
In any case, the software now does not fit the resistance of the mill.
Have grinder cleaned, the metal ring in the grinder more bent, all brought nothing.
Strange is also that exactly every 2 coffee works.
Either the software has taken a damage by resetting the machine and wants from the mill other resistance, do not know what to do.
Maybe one of you already had such an action.
