Impressa E10 no more milk foam

Hello Forum, the milk frother of my Impressa E10 doesn't work anymore. The pump is running, first she has drawn milk but it took forever until there was enough foam in the cup. That was a good one, too. Now she doesn't draw milk anymore. Pump still running.
Bin grateful for any tip or the like
