Hello everyone !

I have reversed the brewing unit and the drainage valve, because when rinsing and draining the coffee, the amount of water only came out in the drip tray. Nothing came out of the spout anymore.

But unfortunately the whole thing didn't help.
It still runs everything into the drip pan.

It seems to me that the valve is opened, but not closed in time, which is why the water always runs into the drip pan.

I once made a video of the process.

Can someone tell me what the problem might be?

Thank you !

Seals inserted incorrectly in drainage valve >Install correctly

or

White tappet cap broken and no longer firmly on the tappet. Then the valve remains open >Order a new cap and put it on

Thanks for the quick answer.
I checked again.
The seals in the valve are installed correctly. The cap is also okay.

What seems strange to me here is that the ram always drives exactly "wrong" in this case. If it's open, it's closed and vice versa. Could this be a control problem?

What do you mean, "drives wrong"? Your video is doing just fine. If the valve is to be opened, it is actuated. If it is not operated, it is normally closed... But if it stays open all the time it looks like on the video...
For you the valve just doesn't close again. If you have inserted the gaskets correctly, it can only be the cap. Or something is really broken or bent, but you would have seen that for sure...
The cap must sit really tight on the plunger, because the spring pushes the cap back, and the cap takes the metal plunger back with it and closes the valve again. The cap must not be able to be pulled by the tappet even with slight force.
In the worst case you will have to buy a new drainage valve. Then it runs again. The control is completely OK so far...
