EQ.5 macchiato permanently shows "Insert bowl

Hello,

I have had this error message for about 3 weeks. I was waiting for hope that it works again -> well nothing happened biggrin.gif

I have in any case already reset everything screwed on but the sensor that detects that the bowl is in there is power. Now I don't understand why it doesn't recognize it. Then I have cleaned everything again -> again nothing.

Can anyone help me?
