Miele cm6160 f77 - ceramic valve

Hi

I have a Miele cm6160 machine that has started acting up. I gives fault f77 when i try to make a coffee.

As far as i can read it has something to do with the ceramic valve. I have taken this apart and cleaned it. When i take it apart and put it back it can make 1 cup og coffee, then the error is back. Could i be clocking the plastic wheel and motor wrong - i have assumed arrow downward and steel pin downward?

Otherwise i was thinking of buying a new valve, but it seems hard to find the exact one? Any ideas om which site to look at?

Hello everyone an original ceramic valve burns you a hole in noble onion leather.
Disassemble with silicone grease the sealing washers, then I would order a new distributor head and mount the. If that does not work, because the ceramic valve has somehow said goodbye, then buy a new one, for Melitta or Jura re-solder or re-pin the plugs since " Miele" has a wide plug and Jura two single. Screw on the distributor head from "Miele" and then that should be OK again.

Valve for CM6160, there the ceramic ring gets jammed, which causes damage to the driver.

The driver in this type is similar to that in this type of valves with the difference that in the replacements there is a notch on the edge, and in this type there is a tab that controls the switch.

So replacements from other companies do not fit. I guess it's done that way on purpose, this valve breaks after warranty.
