EA 9010 - Wasser aus Drainageventil

Hello,

after our EA 9010 instead of coffee from the spout only water runs out of the drain valve, I checked it - after cleaning and descaling no improvement.

When brewing and rinsing coffee, the same picture each time.
I have disconnected the connecting hose to the condenser, it
is actually
coming
out of the drain valve.
How is the valve closed? Since it
is mounted
on the water distributor
, perhaps from there?
