EQ 6 Plus s100 grinder does not run

Hello
,a couple of days ago it cracked loudly a few times during the grinding process and then the grinder stopped. I.e. at the start of a process, the machine lets the water run, the grinding process no longer starts. I spontaneously just acted swiftly and replaced the grinder. I have just successfully installed it. But the grinding process still does not start. What can I do?
