Miele Nespresso descaling

Machine stuck open/close the valve

Hi all! I am running the descaling process but after I followed all instruction the machine ask me to open the valve and close the door. I restarted it, took everything out and put back in accordance with machine instructions, but the process just would not start. Last descaling went just fine, so I am puzzled...
Anyone has experience with this problem?
