EQ 500 integral

Brewing unit is stuck

About a year ago I bought the EQ 500 integral.
Since then, regularly serviced.
Today, however, I noticed that the brewing unit can no longer be removed.
In addition, the machine clacks when switching on (1x) and gives the info "please restart device".
Furthermore, nothing else can be selected (neither the menu nor anything else).
Does anyone have an idea how to proceed?
