Hello,
I bought a Nespresso CitiZ from Koenig in Switzerland. This is the same as the following devices:
Delonghi EN 265 BAE CITIZ & MILK
Krups Nespresso Citiz & Milk XN 7106
Turmix TX270 CITIZ & MILK

Leider the machine has a swiss plug. This can be cut off and replaced by a Schukko plug, or (better) by replacing the supply cable. For this, however, the housing must be opened from below.
I looked at it from below. This looks like demolition screws were used that can't be unscrewed.
can someone confirm that, or does someone know how to open the case from below ?

Hello,
Nespresso use the so-called egg screws. These do not depart but a special bit is necessary to open them. This bit is not available on the market, so you only have to open it with a pair of pliers. In the case of a warranty repair, the manufacturer will also notice that the device has been opened and can refuse the warranty if necessary. So I recommend rather to change the plug which also works fastest and easiest.

The Ovalkopfbit is available at various dealers. I wouldn't use any violence or mess around with a new device...

But with specialist dealers not with everyone.
Were also not important because a Schuko plug is mounted faster than to open the device.

Then don't claim that the key doesn't exist; every Jura hobbyist has the thing and it's really no art to get it 
The thread maker would like to open the case, which is also a piece of cake; you don't have to take the plug off

It is also up to everyone to decide whether they want to open the device or not. However, a Schuko plug is more quickly exchanged than a device to open somal it is priced cheaper already comes the plug than an entire connection cable.

Will try to buy the oval head bit for egg screws.
What dealers should I try that with?
Dealer = coffee maker/electric appliance dealer ? or other ?
What size is the oval head bit ? or is it only available in one size ?

Whether all screws have to be loosened on your device, I can't say, with the Nespressos I had open so far, I always had to loosen them all on the underside.
